Mindset Matters – April 14th

This question can be asked during any period of change but is especially useful when change is forced upon us! In the criminal justice career field, that forced change can come in the form of an unwanted transfer, a challenging case assignment, or a new shift. Other times, it’s a new policy, a different way of completing paperwork, or learning how to use an updated piece of equipment. Change is inevitable, but whether we “go through” it or “grow through” it is always a choice.
